AKIF AZIZ
Akif, GFA's Co-Founder and General Manager, has been one of the driving forces behind the company's success from its beginning. In the year 2000, he started working in the aviation business at Oman Airways, specifically in finance. Later, in 2006, he joined Etihad Airways as a finance manager, where he was crucial in establishing the finance organization and heading the airport division, which had a big $600 million yearly budget. He joined Golden Falcon Aviation's holding company (Houseoftours.com) in 2012 and has since played a key part in growing the firm to where it is now.
Before starting his profession, Akif received a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from XLRI Business School. He also serves on the board of directors of GFA's parent company, houseoftours.com.
ASIF AZIZ
Since the company's inception, Asif has assisted in its nonstop growth trajectory. Prior to that year, Asif worked in Dubai Aerospace, where he gained executive management and sales experience (DAE). He began his career in the aviation industry with Emirates Airline in 1998, then relocated to Doha, where he was instrumental in the establishment of Qatar Airways' technical wing and Dubai Aerospace. Asif has led GFA to continuous three-digit percent growth every year since its start, combining 14 years of aviation experience.
Asif was born and raised in Dubai, and hence has significant ties to the Middle Eastern aviation business. He earned his bachelor's degree in commerce in 1998 and immediately went to work in the field he loves, exhibiting early on a sense of speed and urgency that continues to drive GFA today.
